Dear Friends,
Unfortunately, the fourth class in this series did not record properly, so I have made a recording of just me including practices I shared during the class including working with magnetism, working with life energy and pure spirit, and doing the prayer “pour upon us thy love and thy light” in four different directions. I also elaborated some of the cycles of fana (breaking down of a previous state) and baqa (rebirth or resurrection). I hope you have enjoyed this four-part series, and I feel blessed to have been able to co-present the first three parts with Fr. Jonathan.
