Hidden in the stores of our memory is a recollection of the angelic and jinn states we have passed through on our way to incarnation. Our angelic and jinn natures are still with us. The retreat aims to recall those states as the soul through which time passes, to aid us in the further journey that lies ahead of us.
Suhrawardi Gebel is a senior teacher in the 
Inayatiyya. He served as Secretary General
from 2004 to 2012 and Chancellor of the
Knighthood from 2010 to 2022. He is currently
enjoying the role of mentor for leaders in
training in the Inner School and for the Retreat
Guide Training. He is the author of two
published books, Root Speaks to Bud and
Nature’s Hidden Dimension, and a forthcoming
book, No God or Only God.
