The location is the US Capitol Grounds at area 9 on First St. NE/SE between East Capitol St. and Constitution Ave. NE across from the Supreme Court (a map is in the link below).
Universal Worship ministers have been offering a service on or near the solstices and equinoxes on the theme of peace for several years. This is for peace within and without, peace for all.
