Purification Breathing Qigong

Dear Friends,
I am sharing with you a practice that is a fruit of my more than fifty years of studying Chinese Martial Arts and Health Systems. Currently I teach Qigong and Tai Chi through my local Community College, both on line and in person. The YouTube link in this post is an unlisted video, not visible to the general public. Rather than go into a lengthy explanation here, there is a short narrative in the link, and explanation in the video. I need to say, and repeat, what I am sharing here is not a practice meant in any way to supplant or change our Purification Breathing Practice. This is meant to supplement ones daily routine. This has a totally different purpose as explained in the video. I have been using this practice with my students and received verification of its benefit, and so, I am sharing. If you do watch and work with the practice, I totally invite commentary and feedback and my address is sufiworks@comcast.net.

Dear Hadi -
Great chi kung thinks and acts alike!
I too have incorporated purification breath practice with movement into my teaching of qigong and tai chi! At times I also do my own purification breath practices this way, as for me it embodies the practices from yet another doorway.

Keep on flowing!

Great to hear that you have had the same opening.

Thanks so much for this practice. I wish you could have spoken a little louder, but
nevertheless, I will attempt to do this. Need to watch the video more times.

Love,

Jelal

The link worked fine.

Thank you so much Hadi, I enjoyed the practice and plan to share it with my group.
The Qigong noticeably deepened the breath practice and concentration.
