Dear friends on the Path,
It is with deep grief that I share with you that my beloved wife and spiritual partner, Maria Cristina Fernandez, passed over peacefully in her sleep this past Monday morning. Her death will be felt by many. She touched so many in her life and the world is better for her passing through it.

I am so very sorry to hear for your loss. Having spent my life with Hadi, as we are in mid 70’s, we often share that neither of us wants the other departed first. It is so poignant.
I have always felt the love you two shared and will pray for her to be at great peace and bliss and to feel her sweet remembrance left here with all of us.
And, kindly feel all our prayers for you, dear Yaqin. Mine and Hadi’s will hold steady as you are guided to carry on.
