The esoteric training committee invites you to participate in the upcoming Inayatiyya Leadership gathering and Alchemical Retreat with Pir Zia, March 18-21. We encourage everyone to attend all the days of the Leadership Gathering. It is especially important for us to be able to share our experiences of our Inayatiyya offerings during the pandemic, and our vision for the Inayatiyya post-pandemic.

Inayatiyya Leadership Gathering 2021

In two close weeks, we will gather for our second global Inayatiyya Leadership Gathering, March 18-21, 2021, via Zoom. This year we are expanding to invite leaders from all Seven Activities: Healing, Inner School, Kinship, Knighthood of Purity, Music, Universal Worship & Ziraat. We invite Teachers, Guides, Coordinators, Representatives, Farmers, Knights, Cherags, Healing Conductors, Musicians, and Organizational Leadership to be with us. Those currently in training are also welcome.
There are a few new details for you:
First, we will now make the first two Organizational & Relational days, Thursday & Friday, March 18 & 19 , free to leaders within the Inayatiyya’s Seven Activities . If you have already paid for these two days, we will refund your money.
Second, tuition for the Alchemical Retreat w/Pir Zia on Saturday & Sunday, March 20 & 21 , is $75 with partial scholarships available . If you require a scholarship, please email Josh at astana@inayatiyya.org.
Third, our schedule for the first two days is evolving . See below for how it looks so far.

How have we adapted our offerings during the pandemic?
How do we imagine the future of Inayatiyya Centers and Activities post-pandemic?
There will be various Zoom rooms depending on your roles and capacities, one for those actively leading an Inayatiyya Center, a second for those who are either part of a center in a non-leader capacity or unaffiliated with a center, and a third for those involved in the Seven Activities.

We are grateful for your presence and friendship over the past year, and look forward to being together as one leadership body March 18-21, 2021!
We understand that we’ve all been on Zoom a lot. Our hope is to make this gathering as nurturing, flexible and open as possible, to help each of us meet our individual needs. We will work in small groups which will give us an opportunity for a real exchange and dialogue. At the same time, it is important that we take care of ourselves so we support occasionally turning off our cameras and/or taking a break from a session if it is just too much. If you register in advance, video will be provided after each session.
