Uniqueness and Harmony
A four-part series with Azar Baksh & Ravani Rah Weiner
Harmony brings about resonance in the present, and a template for new possibilities in the future. In this four-part series we explore methods of inner and outer attunement, and ways to facilitate the expression of our unique contribution in the ever-emerging new creation.
True harmony arises from our own being and harmonizes every situation.
-Hazrat Inayat Khan
The greatest imaginable joy is in discovering the Divine song that wants to express itself in a unique way through you.

At about 44 minutes into this class, I guide a nine-minute meditation practice aimed at harmonizing all the parts of our multidimensional being - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. You may find this practice a good partner to the purification breaths which involve feeling the elements moving through our being. In the harmony meditation, the experience is from within, with each part of our being coming into resonance. I would welcome your feedback as you work with this practice.
Here is a link to the second class in a four-part series with Azar Baksh & Ravani Rah on Uniqueness and Harmony. The focus is on harmonizing our relationship between our manifest and transcendent or divine self by allowing an open-ended circulation of light. There is a meditation near the end which guides us through this process.

Here is a link to the audio recording of the third class in a four-part series with Azar Baksh and Ravani Rah on Uniqueness and Harmony. The focus is on harmonizing our relationships in life. We do practices to balance our inner and outer life, as well as one to make our way smooth. There is a meditation near the end which guides us in harmonizing our life across time.
A portion of Bach’s Tocatta and Fugue in D Minor is included to illustrate finding harmony in conflict.

Dear friends,
Ravani Rah and I recently completed a four-part series on Uniqueness and Harmony. Here is a link to the audio recordings of these classes on YouTube. There are many quotes from Murshid, and a guided meditation at the end of each class. Murshid said, “The work of the Sufi Message, a message which is of love, harmony, and beauty, is to waken the consciousness of humanity to the true nature of love, harmony, and beauty.” He also said, “Life is the outcome of harmony,” and that “The music of life shows its melody and harmony in our daily experiences.
These classes begin with ways to bring about harmony in the physical, mental, and emotional parts of our self, and then ways to harmonize all of the parts with each other. We then focus on how to harmonize the manifest and transcendent aspects of our self, and then how to enable harmony between our inner and outer life, and in all of our relationships with every aspect of manifestation. In the last class, we consider each of our lives as an ever-evolving musical composition which forms the allegory of our soul and becomes a part of the ongoing and evolving allegory of the divine being awakening in manifestation.
