Thinking of you in Texas

Dear Companions on the Path in Texas,

We are all thinking of you and sending prayers. May you be safe, may you be warm, may you be comfortable, and may you have all you need. Here in Richmond, we too are without power at present, but our case is not as serious. We are thinking of you and sending love!

I realize that, for those without power, this message may not reach you. Nonetheless, I trust that our prayers will reach you.

Yours in the Infinite,

Bawa

Deep thanks for this, Bawa. I too hope and pray that your power is
restored quickly. It’s been a very challenging time.

Dear Bawa,

Thank you for your prayers for those in Texas. Here in Corpus Christi, Ravani Rah and I have been fortunate not to have lost power. We are under a water boil advisory, but we can boil water for cooking and have bottled water to drink. Many friends were without power for several days, and in other parts of the state, people have had to melt snow for drinking water and burn fence posts for warmth. Texas utilities were ill prepared for an extended period of sub-freezing temperatures.

I hope your power is restored soon and that you and your family can stay warm.

Love,
Azar Baksh

Thank you dear Bawa for your care and concern and for your prayers. Power is mostly restored here in Austin as of today. The sun is out and warming our hearts. We have so much to be grateful for. I have thought often during these cold days and nights of your beautiful ice angel you shared with us last Sunday. Miracles abound! We hope your power comes on very soon. Our prayers are with you.
Sparkling Light to you!
