Every Two Weeks a written lesson including teaching by Hazrat Inayat Khan, Pir Vilayat Khan, along with commentary by Himayat Inayati on the wazaif is posted. These lessons can then be accessed anytime after they are posted. They will in all likelihood stay online and be accessible to those registered for up to six months. Registrants are also invited to print them off and bind them for future reflection. These lessons come with YouTube music and visuals that help create an enriched atmosphere. Each lesson has a practice section, with written instruction along with an audio file to hear the practice being done.
The two-week period between lessons allows time to read and reflect upon the lessons, do the practices, and write questions to Himayat or to make comments in an online section dedicated for this. Participants have found this is a particularly useful and this section deepens the process of learning while adding an experience of spiritual community on an international scale. Again, this can be accessed at any time convenient for the participant.
There will be three live online video conferences. These will be on Sundays at 1 PM, (EST), with the dates posted at the beginning of the class. These events allow everyone to greet and meet one another while diving more deeply into the lessons. Our immediately past class had mureeds from eight different countries participating.
