Emerald Earth Retreat at The Abode New Lebanon, New York
This retreat will be an opportunity for deepening our inner cultivation through an alchemical retreat, for communion and practice within the beauty of Nature, and for sharing together within sacred community.
Come to this retreat within the renewing energy of spring in the beautiful
Berkshire mountains. In this weekend retreat, we will attune to the sacred
manuscript of Nature, to seeing with the eyes of Sophia, the creative
feminine, to the sacred wisdom of the earth, and to the alchemical and
Ziraat teachings of Hazrat Inayat Khan. Throughout the weekend we will
deepen our intimacy with the elements as archangelic presences,
experience meditations in Nature, join inner and outer cultivation and
enhance and restore our sacred connection with the living Universe.

Kainat Felicia Norton and Muinuddin Charles Smith are senior teachers, retreat guides, interfaith ministers (Cherags), and guides in the Inayatiyya. They facilitate the Inayatiyya Sufi Center in New York City. Kainat is Emerita Vice President of the Ziraat Activity and she has served on the faculty of Suluk Academy. They are co-authors of the book ‘An Emerald Earth’ recently translated into French, Une Terre D’Emeraude. They offer retreats and workshops worldwide.
