Cherag Retreat

Join in this one day zoom retreat open to all Cherags. This will be a day focused on practices through breath, contemplation and sacred sound, to enrich our sacred journey as lights of the Universal Worship.
“All beliefs are simply degrees of clearness of vision. All are part of one ocean of truth. The more this is realized the easier is it to see the true relationship between all beliefs, and the wider the vision of the one great ocean becomes. Limitations and boundaries are inevitable in human life; forms and conventions are natural and necessary; but they nonetheless separate humanity. It is the wise who can meet one another beyond these boundaries”.

Yaqin Joseph Aubert is a Siraj in the Universal Worship, a senior teacher, and the vice president of the Inayatiyya Movement in North America. He has been drawn to the light of the Universal Worship for more than 40 years. Yaqin has been a teacher in the Suluk Academy. He was initiated into Sufism by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, and now studies with Pir Zia Inayat Khan. He guides individual and group retreats.
