Dear lovers of the Sufi Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan, and Pir Vilayat, and The Abode of the Message,
Have you seen Mikhail Horowitz’s wonderful new book on Pir Vilayat called ILLUMINATION: The Saga of a Sufi Master, as well as the brilliant new web site–www.pirvilayatlegacy.net? Every time I read a page in his book or see one of the videos or hear one of the audios, I discover new treasures. Mikhail has managed to select and organize the best of Pir Vilayat, some of which I have never heard before, and send it to this valuable website.
Until now Mikhail has been doing all of this with nearly no support. At 84 he now needs help to allow him to continue with the work he has been dedicating his life to.
Would you like to help us in this exciting venture? Here is what is needed:
- Volunteers interested in taking notes or transcribing specially selected recordings of Pir Vilayat, to make them available, hopefully as the start of a searchable data base.
- A volunteer able to come to the Abode to assist him in his work with video recordings.
- Financial support to help him pay room and board so that he can continue this work where he has lived for 43 years.
