Dear friends,
You are invited to join a small group retreat on Spiritual Eldering, facilitated by Saki Lee, a long time mureed and guide in the Inayati Order. This will take place on the beautiful, unspoiled west coast of Crete in Kissamos.

During this week, we shall be sharing empowering body-mind practices, silent meditation and Sufi practices, and contemplative reflections on themes specific to this golden phase in life’s journey. Additionally, there will be free time to relax, swim, and go on walks and excursions either on your own or with others.

This will be the last time it is offered at this location on Crete - so don’t miss this unique opportunity to combine deep inner journeying with a relaxing vacation!

Dear Chaitanya,
The exact programme timing is not yet fixed, but in general we will first meet as a group at dinner on Sunday the 29th of September after people have settled in. We will meet each morning as a group until lunch at 13:00, and afternoons are on one’s own. We then come together again at 20:00 for zhikr in the evenings.
