Dear Companions on the Path,

I am posting a list of currently active Retreat Guides in the US. If you are a currently active Retreat Guide in North America and are not on this list, please email me at retreats@inayatiyya.org so that I may include you. The updated list will be posted with contact information on the new Inner School web page. If your email address has changed, if you are no longer active, or if you do not want to be on this list for any reason, please email me at the above address.

There are 24 amazing, wonderful students in the current Retreat Guide training program who will be added to this list upon completion of the program. If you are interested in becoming a Retreat Guide, the next program begins in September of 2022. Let me know if you would like an application.

The Retreat Guide list will be made available to seekers, ashiqs, and murids so that the retreat work may continue to flourish.

thank you for holding the retreat concentration for North America. I truly appreciate your fine work.
May I comment on your e-mail
in light of the fact that you are sending such e-mails to our international inayatiyya, although it is being sent out as an American initiative which may again attract European candidates, it seems incomplete that your list of retreat guides are only Americans.
At least, some of the European- based retreat guides’ names I submitted to you last year are quite knowledgeable of who is actively guiding retreats in their countries, who is ready for RGT, and what other local trainings are already taking place. (Americans might also like to be guided on personal retreats by a European as well!)

I suggest these people be included on your list:
UK: Nigel Huzur Hamilton and Noorunisa Jacobs
Germany/Austria: Zumurrud Butta and Ischtsr Dvorak
Holland/Belgium: Saki Lee and Hugo Akbar Appels
France: Asatar Le Ray Phillipe

Certainly, each of the above can provide further information when needed to prospective candidates in their own countries or to you when someone wishes to join the RGT programme that you and Risala are offering so thoroughly (I truly enjoy mentoring two young candidates from Europe in your programme).
