I wanted to make you aware of this special event with Shahabuddin Less and Sheikh Ghassan Manasra, sponsored by the Abrahamic Reunion. Interfaith prayer circles for Peace and Understanding in the Holy Land will convene in both Israel and Palestine, and be joined by on-line prayer support from around the world, on Thursday, February 27th at 11:30 AM East Coast Time. If you are able to join in, please complete the pledge below and return it to info@abrahamicreunion.org so they can track the numbers of people praying, and from where.

Worldwide Coordinated Prayer for Peace & Understanding for the Holy Land

Online Prayers led by David Less & Sheikh Ghassan Manasra
On Thursday, February 27 the Abrahamic Reunion is organizing a coordinated Prayer for Peace and Understanding for the Holy Land at 6:30 p.m. (Middle East), 11:30 a.m. EDT.
Gatherings will take place in several locations in the Holy Land, and online via Zoom, a free online and conference-call meeting platform. The online prayers will be led by Sheikh Ghassan Manasra and David Less.

Biographies
Sheikh Ghassan Manasra
International Director
Sheikh Ghassan Manasra was one of the Abrahamic Reunion’s Co-Coordinators in the Holy Land until moving to the US in 2015, and has been an active contributing Peacemaker with the AR for more than a decade. He is an ordained Sheikh in the Qadiri Sufi Order in the Holy Land, and son of Sheikh Abdel Salaam Manasra – head of the Qadiri Sufi Order in the Holy Land. He is the founder of Anwar-Il-Salaam, the Lights of Peace Center in Nazareth, and is Director, Islamic Cultural Center in Nazareth. Ghassan is an expert and lectures in Islam, Islamic history, Sufism, and contemporary Muslim issues in the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. Ghassan@abrahamicreunion.org
David Less
US Board Chair
David Less is a global teacher of meditation, conflict resolution and inter-faith dialog of over forty years. For over a decade he has been the Global Dean of the Universal Worship, an organization in over thirty countries,that honors the commonality in all religions and appreciates and respects the differences. He started promoting understanding rather than blame as a path to peace in the Holy Land in 2000 and was one of the founders of the Abrahamic Reunion shortly thereafter.
