You are warmly welcomed to join the 20th anniversary gathering of the Federation of the Sufi Message on May 3-5 at Serenity Ridge near Charlottesville, VA. Our theme is Rising in Unity. We will be joined by Pir Zia, Pir Shabda, Pir Moinuddin, Murshida Nuria, Murshida Rani and more.
Since the 1920s when Inayat Khan travelled the world sharing The Sufi Message of Spiritual Liberty, his work has only gained in relevance and importance. He described this Message as
a response to the cry of humanity. As the planet, the human species, and our fellow creatures
face increasingly uncertain futures, that cry is louder than ever. Through our spiritual training,
we can seek to answer that cry together; we can sound a collective voice calling us forward
on a shared path, embodying the values of Love, Harmony, and Beauty. Come join leaders and
murids of many of the lineages of Inayat Khan in chant, prayer, dance, meditation and
sacred conversation. Let’s inspire each other to support change by Rising in Unity to manifest
Harmony in thought, speech, and action in response to the cry of humanity in our time.
In the beautiful setting of Serenity Ridge, at the loveliest time of the year, we will create a shared
experience of this wisdom, compassion and devotion. Through Heart Circles, deepening our understanding of the Sufi Message, and sacred play we will invoke the arising of Unity.
